Job Description

A Controls Engineer is primarily responsible for:

Assisting Key Account Managers and Customer Service Technicians with documentation, submittal manuals, and owner's manuals

Ship documentation to the appropriate contact and document with a bill of lading

Maintain customer's documentation on a server in the PDF format for access via the company website

Provide Graphics for customer Sites

Provide backup phone support when Inventory and/or the Office Manager is unavailable

Provide documentation support for customers and contractors
